Prometric Testing and
Assessment Exams
Academic and Professional Licensure & Certification exams are offered through Prometric Testing and Assessment. Among the hundreds of exams offered, CPA exams, DAT (ADA), FINRA exams, GRE, MCAT, and the TOEFL iBT exams are some of the most popular exams taken at the University Testing Services Center.

CPA

DAT (ADA)
The Dental Admission Test is designed to measure general academic
ability, comprehension of scientific information, and perceptual ability.

FINRA (NASD)
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority is the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. Created in July 2007 through the consolidation of NASD and the member regulation, enforcement and arbitration functions of the New York Stock Exchange, FINRA is dedicated to investor protection and market integrity through effective and efficient regulation and complementary compliance and technology-based services.

GRE (general)
The GRE General Exam measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical
thinking and analytical writing skills that are not related to any specific field
of study. Prospective graduate applicants take the General Test. GRE test scores
are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement undergraduate records and
other qualifications for graduate study. The scores provide common measures for
comparing the qualifications of applicants and aid in evaluating grades and
recommendations.

MCAT
The Medical College Admission Test is a standardized, multiple-choice examination
designed to assess the examinee's problem solving, critical thinking, writing
skills, and knowledge of science concepts and principles prerequisite to the study
of medicine. Scores are reported in Verbal Reasoning, Physical Sciences, Writing
Sample, and Biological Sciences. Most medical colleges consider MCAT exam scores as
part of their admission process. Many schools do not accept MCAT exam scores that
are more than three years old.

Microsoft Certifications
Microsoft Certifications are available for most Microsoft technologies and all skill levels.

TOEFL iBT
The Test of English as a Foreign Language is the most widely accepted English-language test in the world. The TOEFL iBT test is an Internet-Based Test (iBT) that measures a candidate's ability to combine listening, reading, speaking and writing skills.
Expired IDs are NOT acceptable forms of identification.
Valid IDs for testing outside your country of citizenship. You must bring one of
these:
- Passport with name, photo and signature or
- U.S. Military ID card with name, photo and signature. If your military ID card
does not contain your name, photo and signature, a supplemental ID is
required.
NO OTHER ID is acceptable for this exam! We will NOT accept a state driver's license, check cashing cards, picture credit cards, Sam's cards, etc.
Valid Ids for testing in your country of citizenship. You must being one of
these:
- Passport or driver's license with name, photo and signature
- State or Providence ID issued by the motor vehicle agency with name, photo and
signature
- National ID with name, photo and signature
- Military ID with name, photo and signature
