You can schedule your pre-orientation placement exam(s) any time prior to the first day of your orientation session at UTS or take your placement exam(s) during or after orientation. You must be a UGA student to register for these exams.
Based on your scores in AP or IB credit, you could be exempt from placement exams. Please see the appropriate exam links under the specific placement exams listed below for more information regarding AP and IB scores for credit. Your scores will be used by your academic advisor to accurately place you in a variety of courses. Placement exam results can allow you to select a wider variety of courses during your first semester. These scores will lead to an easier registration process.
Please make sure you register for a date and time in which you are able to commit. We look forward to serving you!
If you would like to take your placement exam(s) prior to your orientation session, please Login using your UGA MyID and password; click the "Edit" tab to enter your profile information, then click the “Book Exam” tab to select your exam.
