Placement Exams in Respondus Monitor
Your placement exam will utilize ELC and Respondus Monitor. Before your testing date, please make sure that your computer’s microphone and webcam are working. If you are unsure if your computer or environment meet the requirements, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before your testing time so that we can help you troubleshoot.
If this is your first time using ELC, you may want to look through UGA’s Guide to ELC Quizzes. The basic instructions to get to your test are:
Please take your placement exam at the date and time you registered for. If you need to reschedule your exam, please contact us prior to your exam time to do so. If you miss your test time, your seat will be forfeited and you’ll have to register and pay for another appointment.
We have created a practice quiz so that you can have experience with Respondus Monitor before your placement exam. It will be available to you as soon as you are added to ELC. Students are added to the ELC testing course the evening before their exams. If you have questions or run into issues, please email email@example.com.
